My training these days involves mainly the classes that I teach at the YMCA and running.  My goal is to run at least 20+ miles per week.

Monday
Cardio:  Cycle class at noon - Express Y 


Tuesday
Cardio:  8-9 mile Mountain run early a.m.

Strength:  Lift & Condition Class at 12:15am - Express Y
Cardio/Strength:  Body Combat Class at 6:30pm - Family Y​


Wednesday
Cardio:  Body Combat Class at 5am - Family Y
Strength:  Body Pump Class at 5:30pm - Family Y​


Thursday
Cardio:  7 mile run early a.m.

​Strength/Cardio:  Lift & Condition Class at 5:30pm - Family Y
Flexibility:  Body Flow Class​ at 6:30pm - Family Y


Friday
Rest Day


Saturday
Cardio:  Long run early a.m.

Strength:  Alternate CXWorx class 9:30am - Family Y​​


Sunday
Cardio:  5 mile run early a.m.
